Mill Street is like the main street from any college town in the USA. Lots of drinking and music played by live street musicians. There is an area called the yard that is basically a plaza filled with fun bars and restaurants. If you’re into games you can play bean bags and ping-pong here as well and it’s easy to get in a game usually as there are multiple sets of equipment which means no waiting.

Phoenix is definitely not considered by many to be a major cultural hub but you might be surprised by the art scene here. Not only does the Phoenix art museum hold its own with an impressive collection with a focus on art from the southwestern United States but they offer a revolving selection of work by a carefully curated assortment of Artists. They recently expanded included the welcome addition of the gourmet world class restaurant Palette located on the premises of the museum. In my opinion a visit to the museum and dinner at Palette would make for a great evening for both locals and visitors to Phoenix. All in allit is well worth the visit and not far from the Phoenix zoo. Here’s a lovely Phoenix Arizona travel blog to help prepare you for your travels to the sunny city:

They have all the usual animals and a bar in case you get a little bored.Thankfully as usual for any Adam Kaupert scam production I prepared and made sure my hotel had a comprehensive spa package.
